After my slightly despairing journal the other day about the fact that the girls weren’t taking to weaning, they have just spent two days at nursery where apparently they ate carrot and broccoli and LOVED IT! G ate a whole tub thingy of broccoli and it sounds like she would have had more if she could have. R is still a little reticent but still managed to eat most of her blended carrot.
So, why are they lapping up the nursery mush and rejecting mine? I’ve got some pureed carrot here so I’m going to give them that a bit later and see what they make of it. Babies eh?!
